Are you a versatile writer and creative marketing professional who can strategize with clients and then develop messaging, write copy and lead the creative process on a wide variety of marketing projects, from highly complex, data-driven campaigns to brochures, web copy, videos, presentations and more?


Our small creative agency needs your superior writing and leadership skills to help develop creative strategy and messaging for our Fortune 100 clients. You’ll write concise, compelling, plain-speak copy; work with designers to produce cohesive, message-driven communications that push the creative boundaries; and adapt messaging across all marketing content, including direct mail, email, presentations, fact sheets, websites, social media, videos and other communications. And you’ll use your passion for quality and excellence in every detail to ensure projects are delivered with the exceptional accuracy our clients demand.


The ideal candidate combines big picture thinking with extreme attention to detail. Projects are often highly complex, including variable copy for dynamically generated content, multiple versions and multiple channels. You’ll be challenged to ask thoughtful, probing questions to gain insights needed to position content effectively. You’ll manage projects from concept to completion, collaborating with other team members to deliver outstanding creative and keep projects on schedule.


We’re looking for….

  • A seasoned professional with at least 10 years professional marketing experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt style, tone and voice to best suit each client and medium
  • An analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to use client data to develop and optimize creative strategies
  • Familiarity with digital and marketing trends to push creative boundaries and develop marketing tactics that engage target audiences through personalized, customer-centric content and approaches
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the ability to adapt style, tone and voice to best suit each client and medium
  • Ability to think visually and work with designers to create highly effective communications that convey key messages quickly and clearly
  • Communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively with external marketing clients and internal creative teams
  • Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Detail-oriented approach to oversee accuracy and compliance with style, usage and brand guidelines
  • Understanding of financial services content a big plus
